I work in the US and in international markets, based in Miami.
Michel leverages his 35 years + in operating, functional and strategy consulting roles to advise Premium and Luxury Wines & Spirits companies and brands seeking to accelerate top-line growth. He works closely with Founders, C-Suite executives and Marketing leaders and teams to optimize their Brands’ core Value Propositions to consumers and customers, and then provides comprehensive execution support to help meet short, medium, and long-term goals.
Michel’s career advanced through positions of increasing responsibility in Marketing, Commercial and General Management, in leading CPG companies. He became global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Bacardi, and later of Moet Hennessy (LVMH). For the past 10 years, Michel has consulted in Growth Acceleration strategy for multiple Clients and Brands of different sizes and growth stages.
He is an expert in introducing brands from different world origins into the US market. And he has led or supported the introduction of multiple US brands into new international markets.
